WARRANTY

Kindly read the warranty information below and then proceed to complete the warranty form to receive your warranty.

 

Solasafe PTY Ltd warrants the window film applied to the vehicle, as recorded on the warranty card, against cracking, crazing, peeling, delaminating, or fading for a period of up to 5 years from the installation date of the Smash and Grab window film or until the vehicle changes ownership, if it’s a shorter period.

This warranty must be registered by the car owner and authenticated by Solasafe within 30 days of installation of the film to be valid.

This warranty covers the refitting of SolaSafe film at a registered SolaSafe dealer, for windows that have been broken and replaced for whatever reason. The warranty covers an occupant of the vehicle who, during a smash-and-grab incident, loses assets up to the value of R7500.00. The cover is subject to the terms and conditions of the underwriter.

Solasafe’s liability shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the applied safety film as published on Solasafe's price list. This warranty is void if the window film has been subjected to abuse, improper care, gouging, malicious damage, or cleaned with incorrect gels or solutions.

 

Solasafe shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss, injuries, or damage, whether direct, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use the window film under this warranty. Solasafe does not warrant glass against cracking or breaking.

All the technical and performance statistics, as supplied by specific manufacturers, are published in good faith and cannot be guaranteed.
